Under the Blue Heron Boulevard bridge in Riviera Beach, there's an underwater world filled with aquatic treasures, an ecosystem of coral, plant life and fish not commonly seen so close to the shore.
Divers park their cars and walk under the bridge on the east and west sides of Phil Foster Park. They wade in with the high tide to take in the nature of the sea.
