Thai Bazil (yes, with a z), a better-than-average Thai restaurant, has taken over the modest storefront on University Avenue that formerly housed Noodle World, a Vietnamese noodle shop. The interior has been handsomely remodeled, with a fresh coat of paint, photographs of Thailand and portraits of the Thai royal family. Thai pop music videos, shown on large color video screens, provide appropriate background music.
