Sep. 3--A few years ago, while sitting on the patio of a restaurant next to the Mediterranean Sea in a small resort town south of Barcelona, I dined on paella, a specialty of the restaurant and the region. And it was there that I came to a conclusion: I don't care all that much for paella.
