Sep. 4--With Labor Day upon us, it's time to take a look at the state of working America. First, some good news: Employment has improved. Joblessness is down nationally, in Florida and in Orlando compared with this time last year. Also, the number of job cuts dropped last month to it lowest point since 2000.
