Sep. 5--Two months ahead of schedule, Boymelgreen Capital Ltd. (TASE:BMGN) has completed its acquisition of 68.83 percent of Azorim Investment, Development and Construction Ltd. (TASE: AZRM) from IDB Holding Corp. Ltd. (TASE:IDBH) for NIS 1.4 billion. Boymelgreen paid IDB NIS 246 million when the initial contract was signed in March, and IDB, controlled by chairman Nochi Dankner, subsequently withdrew a NIS 194 million dividend from Azorim.
