HARRISBURG, Pa., and OWINGS MILLS, Md., Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Boards of Directors of Community Banks, Inc. , parent company of CommunityBanks, and BUCS Financial Corp (BULLETIN BOARD: BUCS) , parent company of BUCS Federal Bank, have unanimously approved the execution of a definitive agreement pursuant to which BUCS will merge into Community, with Community as the surviving corporation. Following the holding company merger, the subsidiary banks will also merge under the CommunityBanks charter.
