Sep. 6--The Lehigh Valley was the third hottest housing market in the state from April to June, with home prices rising at a faster pace annually than the state and national rates. Prices of homes sold in the Lehigh Valley rose 13.4 percent on average during the period, according to a housing index released Tuesday by the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight.
