Sep. 6--ATHENS -- During the past three seasons, Athens football has become synonymous with the pass. The Golden Eagles did it on the arm of quarterback Rob Ezell, who threw for 31 touchdowns last year as a junior. On Saturday, he opened his senior season by throwing for two scores in a 44-15 win over East Limestone. But opposing defenses beware -- it's more than Ezell that makes Athens go.
