But pop star Sting says a wooden fishing hut half a mile away has ruined the view from his bedroom window.
Despite having 800 acres of Wiltshire countryside to enjoy, the former Police singer wants the riverside shack bulldozed.
Council planners were alerted to the presence of the anglers' shelter by a 'whistle blower' - understood to be Sting himself - after it was put up without planning consent.
