Sep. 7--Philadelphia's Blank Rome L.L.P. and Healy & Baillie L.L.P., a law firm specializing in maritime and general international commercial law, are combining their practices. The merger, announced late Tuesday, will give Blank Rome the nation's largest maritime practice and its first access to the Asian market, company officials said. The combined firm will have 40 lawyers specializing in maritime law.
