Sep. 7--The Arizona Western volleyball team picked up some momentum heading into its weekend tournament in Las Vegas with a dominating 3-0 win over South Mountain Community College at The House. "They've learned to play so much more as a team and they're not playing to the level of their competition anymore," AWC coach Jason Smith said. "We were serving aggressively all night and the important thing about that is our passers have to see our servers every day and that's a round-and-round effect.
