Federal Railroad Administrator Jolene Molitoris is a multi-dimensional person who could leave a lasting mark, for the good, on the railroad industry. Long-term FRA people are saying that this Administrator is bringing a new culture, a new enthusiasm, a new vigor to the agency. What they're saying is that she's going to get things done, and it doesn't all have to do with one of her past and present interests, high speed rail.
