Sep. 8--A Polish man whose drunken antics on a flight from Warsaw last month derailed his dream of starting a new life in the Chicago area with his family could be set for a quick plea of guilty in federal court. Tomasz Soltys appeared Thursday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Sidney Schenkier on a felony charge of interfering with the duties of a flight attendant and a misdemeanor assault charge. He pleaded not guilty to both charges, but attorneys on both sides of the case said he could plead guilty to the lesser charge as soon as his next court date Oct. 3.
