MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Lenny's Franchisor, LLC, franchisor of Lenny's Sub Shops, today announced an agreement for 15 restaurants in New Mexico. Eat Subs, LLC, led by experienced real estate entrepreneur Nat Eppel, purchased the exclusive rights to open 15 restaurants in the four New Mexico counties of Bernalillo, Sandoval, Santa Fe, and Valencia. Eppel plans to open his first restaurant in Albuquerque in the spring of 2007.
