Article: The makers of TurboTax - that wonderful online tool that actually makes tax season somewhat bearable - are planning to launch a similar tool for health care management sometime next year that could revolutionize how people handle their medical finances.

Intuit, a business and financial management solutions company, is creating new products based on its proprietary Quicken and TurboTax software that are geared towards simplifying health care management and improving decision-making in the same way the finance and tax products helped ease the complexities of personal financing.

"It's going to be just as easy to use and just as powerful as TurboTax," says Dan Levin, vice president and general manager for health care business at Intuit, which is based in Mountain View, Calif. "If Intuit can make taxes easy and sometimes fun, imagine what we could do with health care."
