Looking back over his business career starting when he opened Brian's Bulldog Pizza in Cashmere in 1999, Brian Wintermeier said he seems to have a two-year itch.
He makes a big business decision every two years.
This year it's one that's cosmic. He is investing $360,000 in creating a four-lane, full-size bowling alley in the building next to Brian's Bulldog Pizza at 107 Cottage Ave., Cashmere.
About half of the cost, $165,000, is in the purchase of the building from Mike Dore of Dore Contract Design. The deal closed Aug. 22.
