LANSING, Mich., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Michigan Homeland Security Consortium (MIHSC) has launched a resource fund to help state-based businesses and entrepreneurs boost their market activities. The Michigan Homeland Security Resource Fund aims to raise and allocate $1 million in funds and services.

"Time and money are vital to help this market sector grow in Michigan. There are other public and private funds, but not all of it goes to Homeland Security-related businesses.
