Hughes Aircraft Co. is expected in 1994 to dump another 900,000 square feet of office space on the South Bay office market, which is already glutted from years of aerospace-defense industry downsizing, said local real estate brokers and a Hughes official.

Hughes Aircraft plans to vacate the Pacific Corporate Towers at 200 N. Sepulveda Blvd. in El Segundo, where it occupies 460,000 square feet of space, in the fourth quarter of 1994, said Richard Dore, spokesman for L.A.-based Hughes.
