The San Gabriel Valley industrial market suffered a 26-percent decline in sales and leasing volume in 1993, compared with 1992.
However, that decline was partially due to the fact that 1992 was a banner year, industry sources said. Specifically, 6.7 million square feet of San Gabriel Valley industrial space was sold or leased in 1993, compared with 8.9 million square feet in 1992, reported commercial brokerage firm Grubb & Ellis Co.
