CHICAGO -- According to a recent report by the Institute of Medicine (IOM), emergency healthcare in the U.S. is in a state of crisis. Leading emergency nurses from across the nation will convene at the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Annual Conference, September 13-16 in San Antonio, to discuss best practices and initiatives to improve the quality of emergency care and national emergency preparedness.
