DENVER -- Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust Inc., a diversified Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), announced today that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Dividend Capital Trust Inc. (DCT), an affiliate of Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, for the acquisition, operation and management of up to $150 million in industrial real estate assets.
The industrial properties are expected to consist of an initial portfolio valued at approximately $75 million to $80 million in assets that is intended to be purchased by the joint venture from DCT prior to October 15, 2006.
