Sep. 12--A dozen Arizona employers, including one in Marana and one in Tubac, were fined for state child-labor law violations in the second quarter of the year, according to a report released Monday. Wienerschnitzel, 6671 N. Thornydale Road, violated Arizona youth employment laws when it scheduled a 15-year-old to work more than the maximum allowable hours and allowed her to cook, according to records from the Industrial Commission of Arizona. The employer, Viggiano Inc., was fined $245.
In addition, Tubac Valley Landscape & Design in Tubac allowed a 17-year-old to do work involving a power-driven hoist. The employer was fined ...
