RDB Industries to re-organise business activities
Mumbai, Sep 12 (PTI) The Kolkata-based RDB Industries Ltd today said it will restructure its business activities by way of de-merger or other measures.
The board of directors at its meeting yesterday took an in-principal decision to re-align the business activities of the company and has constituted a committee for this purpose, RDB Industries informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
