The National Health Insurance Company, Daman, has signed an agreement with Assist America, the world's largest provider of global emergency services through group benefit plans, to provide emergency healthcare to its premium policy holders. Daman, the UAE's first specialized national health insurance company, is the first UAE-based health insurance company to partner with Assist America, which has more than 33 million customers worldwide. Under the agreement, Daman's premium policy holders will have worldwide emergency coverage 24/7, 365 days per year, whenever they are traveling more than 100 miles from their country of residence for more than 90 days.
