ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Global education provider Harcourt Education announced today the appointment of Lloyd G. "Buzz" Waterhouse to the newly-created position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Waterhouse will report to Harcourt Education Global CEO Pat Tierney. The appointment is effective immediately.
Waterhouse will oversee operations at Harcourt's domestic businesses which provide instructional materials and related services and products, with the following business units reporting to him: Harcourt School Publishers; Holt, Rinehart and Winston; Harcourt Achieve; Harcourt Trade Publishers; and Greenwood-Heinemann.
