The European Commission has authorised aid to the tune of 965,000 which Slovakia is proposing to grant to the Hornonitrianske Bane Prievidza a.s. mining company. The aid will be used to cover the invalidity rents the company has to pay to miners and former miners who were victims of an accident in the mine before November 1993.
