CASE STUDY OBJECTIVES
* To design and implement a system for tracking the availability and use of asthma action plans for asthma care in Hartford schools
* To determine the degree to which asthma action plans are available to and used by school nurses at the time of treatment of asthma episodes
* To compare the profile of asthma care given when an asthma action plan is used to the care given when an asthma action plan is not used
