Former Black Panther Party leader Eldridge Cleaver told police he was robbed the day before he was arrested and suffered a brain hemorrhage.
Cleaver was rushed to the hospital March 1, when he collapsed in a jail cell after being arrested for investigation of public intoxication and drug possession.
