Sep. 14--WINONA -- A Winona District Court judge heard arguments Wednesday in a case that challenges a decision by the Wabasha County Board to make the county attorney position part time, even as another case on the same issue is pending with the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Both cases were filed by Wabasha County Attorney James Nordstrom against the board of commissioners since it voted 3-2 in January to change the county attorney position from full time to part time effective in January 2007.
