Sep. 14--We make the following recommendations in Dallas County election contests in Civil District Court, the highest civil trial court in the state:

If you've run in the downtown Turkey Trot, you've probably heard David Kelton's voice as race announcer. You may have seen him act in community theater in Richardson, Duncanville, Mesquite or Frisco. None of that directly relates to his qualifications to serve as a Dallas County district court judge.
