Numbers Not Tallied Result in Resources Denied to Sole Proprietors

SALEM, Mass., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Small businesses in Massachusetts are undercounted by the hundreds of thousands resulting in shortage of services to sole proprietors to help them grow their companies.

That is the conclusion of a report commissioned by the Enterprise Center at Salem State College.
