Sep. 15--The cheesecakes are here. Chocolate Mousse, Key Lime, Lemon Raspberry Cream -- just about everyone's favorite is among the 30 flavors.
And operators of The Cheesecake Factory expect its trademark cheesecakes will draw crowds when the newest Cheesecake Factory restaurant opens in Oklahoma City next week.
White-aproned employees Wednesday prepared for Tuesday night's opening knowing that the last time a cheesecake restaurant debuted its dining area was filled in nine minutes.
