Busch driver Grubb refuses drug test, is suspended again
NASCAR announced Tuesday that it has suspended Busch series driver Kevin Grubb indefinitely for refusing to take a drug test. This is the second time Grubb has violated NASCAR's substance-abuse policy.
NASCAR spokesman Jim Hunter told The Associated Press that Grubb, 28, refused to submit to a random drug test - which was part of Grubb's agreement for reinstatement June7 - after Friday's race at Richmond , during which Grubb crashed on the first lap.
