The Bad Ass Coffee Co., which recently introduced a "Cup O' Joe for a Soldier" program matching willing donors with soldiers overseas, says it has been helping both civilians and soldiers.
"We were surprised that we are getting as many letters from donors who appreciate the opportunity to send a gift to soldiers overseas as we have from the soldiers receiving the coffee," said Dan Ronnow, Director of Distribution for Bad Ass Coffee. The company said it has procured more than 600 donors since the beginning of the program.
One such donor is Zandi Wilcox who said: "I received an e-mail from a soldier I sent coffee to and am really touched by it."
