Sep. 16--BRISTOL -- In a game played in a steady rain, Bristol Central struck like lightning Friday, scoring twice in a nine-second span in the first quarter in a 16-0 victory over New Britain. Senior tight end Aaron Hernandez caught a 76-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Matt Coyne with 4:10 remaining in the quarter. On the first play after the kickoff, Bristol's Devin Pecevich intercepted Dwight Brown's pass and sprinted untouched into the end zone.
