PITTSBURGH, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Determined to build a relationship with its long-term customers by adding value for paid-in-advance subscribers, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has made subscriber retention a top priority, the paper announced today.  Plans are under way for a June introduction of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette PostCard(TM), an innovative frequent-reader program.
