Sep. 17--ELON -- The women stood in a semi-circle watching their pooches take turns splashing in the baby pool and playing chase. They compared parks, noting that the Greensboro one is larger than the K-9 Corner in Beth Schmidt Park but also much busier and noisier. They discussed medications, therapy school and socialization, as well as the pluses of travel bowls and ball chuckers.
"It's like taking your children to the park," said Angela Poore, a preschool teacher who lives in northeast Guilford County.
