PITTSBURGH _ Sinatra Night at the cozy Olive or Twist bar featured local crooner Guy Mantone belting `em out like Ol' Blue Eyes.
Hours later, on the bar's raised TV, new Mayor Luke Ravenstahl _ at 26 the youngest mayor of a major U.S. city _ sang the praises of a struggling Pittsburgh to a national audience on "The Late Show with David Letterman."
As one tipsy barfly repeatedly bellowed, "We love you, baby!", Ravenstahl, who looked boyish with a shy grin and gently spiked hair, told Letterman that Pittsburgh's image as a down-and-dirty steel town needed serious updating.
