THE power of the immune system is undeniable. This amazing internal army composed of trillions of cells works around the clock to keep us healthy. The strength of our immune system determines our body's ability to resist infection and stop the growth of abnormal or cancerous cells. Colds, flus, fatigue, AIDS, bacterias, viruses, candida, cancer, and hepatitis all reflect a weakened immune system. In some serious cases, the strength of the immune system can mean the difference between life and death.
A good indicator of the level of our immune system is how energized or alive we feel. When we feel weak we usually use such expressions as "being below par," "feeling ...
