EnDev LLC owners James Brennan, Demien Farrell and Mitchell Compton, who are carving a significant niche for themselves in the county's hospitality industry, have proposed a new restaurant and lounge at a University Avenue site that formerly housed a pornography shop.
If the project comes to fruition, it would be their fifth in four years.
The 11,000-square-foot venue they plan to name Universal would have an estimated total capacity of 400 to 500 people in three separate areas--an eatery, outdoor patio and lounge, Brennan said.
