This is a concept album based on tunes composed by musician extraordinaire Ostroushko, in conjunction with places that have played host to broadcasts of "A Prairie Home Companion" during the 2002 and 2003 seasons. Primarily a mandolinist and fiddler, Ostroushko has been a frequent performer

on the live radio show for some 25 years. For this travelogue, Ostroushko has called upon a stellar set of musicians, among them guitarist Pat Donohue and keyboardist Richie Dworsky. Ostroushko adds mandocello to his mandolin and fiddle mix.
