HANOI, Sept 18 Asia Pulse - The Rang Dong Light Fixture and Vacuum Tube Joint Stock Co plans to list shares on the HCM City bourse in the fourth quarter of this year, said the company's management board.

Shares will pay dividends of 16 per cent per year.

Currently, the company's shares are trading on the over-the-counter market at about five times their face value. Rang Dong is completing the auditing procedures, to be listed soon on the HCM City Securities Trading Centre.

The listing was an obvious step in the company's growth process, said a company official.

Rang Dong has seen encouraging results since being equitised in July 2004. ...
