Strategic interviewing techniques can expedite sexual harassment investigations. ON NOVEMBER 9, THE U.S. SUPREME COURT RULING IN THE CASE Of Harris v. Forklift Systems made it easier for victims of sexual harassment to prove their cases. The decision has drawn the limelight of media attention back to this legal issue. Even though sexual harassment has been recognized as legal grounds for employer liability by the Court for more than a decade, this ruling reinforces the importance of dealing with incidents swiftly and forcefully whenever charges are brought.
