Sep. 18--Developers have unveiled plans to demolish a concrete-block industrial building in Santa Barbara's so-called Funk Zone and replace it with something much more in keeping with the creative, artsy neighborhood.
Plans filed with the city for a project at 116 Yanonali St. would combine six units of living space with six separate commercial areas that could be used as studios, workshops or galleries.
