Sep. 19--TALLAHASSEE -- Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice R. Fred Lewis warned a Panama City circuit judge Monday to change his ways or else.
"We all hope that this conduct was a mistake," Lewis told Circuit Judge Richard Albritton Jr. during a public reprimand for 14 ethics violations Albritton admitted to. "We also hope that this appearance this morning will be sufficient to cause you to be more thoughtful and cause you to think before you act in any circumstance.
