The summer of '93 is long past, but ice cream products are being enjoyed while snow drifts upon fallen leaves in the world's temperate climate zones. As more indulging takes place indoors, producers are increasingly promoting their frozen concoctions as year-round treats. Such was evidenced at the recent ANUGA Exhibition in Koln.
