Company creates new division to oversee government contract 
SEATTLE, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- King County Medical (KCM) announced today it has augmented its executive staff by hiring two new executives and promoting a third to expand the company's managed care capabilities and meet the needs of health care reform. 
The company has John Castiglia, M.D., M.B.A. as its vice president and medical director.  Castiglia most recently worked in Phoenix, Ariz., for a highly successful managed care company.  He received his training in radiology and has experience in HMO and at-risk Medicare products.
