Sep. 21--CANTON -- If you've ever played a game of pingpong, then you'll recognize what might be in the offing for this city's first-class mail system. Under a study put together by the Bush administration and the Government Accountability Office, Canton's processing center at the main post office on Cleveland Avenue could be moved to the larger center in Akron, authorities said.
