RICHMOND, Va., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Chesapeake Corporation (NYSE: CSK) announced today that its board of directors has elected J. Carter Fox, chairman of the board.  Fox was also reelected president and chief executive officer, a position he has held since 1980. 
Fox replaces Sture Gordon Olsson, who announced earlier that he was retiring effective today, as chairman.  Sture Olsson was elected chairman of the board emeritus. Speaking about being elected chairman of the board of Chesapeake Corporation today, Fox said, "Sture Olsson has left an impressive mark on this company.
