ADDISON, Ill., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Minuteman International, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: MMAN) announced that revenues for the 1994 first quarter were the best in the company's history. 
Sales for the three months ended March 31, 1994, rose 5.3% to $10,269,000 from $9,752,000 a year earlier.  Net income in the 1994 three months increased 12.7% to $745,000, or 21 cents per share, from $661,000, or 19 cents per share, last year.  Other income soared 170% as a result of the successful settlement of a patent infringement suit against a competitor.
